General FAQs

We operate work environments that inspire, enable and connect entrepreneurs, innovators and positive-change makers. We currently do this through 1 collaborative workspace location in New York City, and we will soon launch additional technology-enabled services designed to help the world work better.

Everything you need to work faster, smarter, stronger, bigger, cooler and better. All our workspaces are designed to maximize our members’ productivity and come equipped with super-fast Internet, all you can drink (and amazing) coffee, meeting rooms, and a wonderful support team. All of this and access to our member community for a simple all-inclusive price.

We serve members around the world through our workspace in New York City. Stay tuned as we hope to announce new locations in the near future.

We are proud of what we have built and we love to show it off. A tour will take approximately 30 mins and we encourage you to schedule one by emailing or calling us at 888.676.1297. When we know you are coming, we are able to personalize the tour to you so you can see exactly how we can help you work better.

With our all-inclusive packages, most new members are able to get started the same day that they sign up.

Private Office FAQs

Our standard office package includes a private, furnished office with 24×7 access, staffed reception to greet guests (M-F; 9am-6pm EST), fiber-optic Internet and Wi-Fi, beverages (coffee, tea selection, filtered water), snacks, access to meeting rooms, 100 black and white copies/prints, unlimited scanning and faxing, mail delivered to your desk, utilities, and nightly cleaning/janitorial services.

We offer office agreements with flexible terms, ranging from 3 months to 2 years.

We have offices in a range of sizes and configurations for individuals or teams of up to 8 people in a single office. 

Office pricing is variable depending on size, configuration, and location. Individual office pricing starts at $1,280 per month.

Virtual Office FAQs

A virtual office provides an inexpensive way to have a prestigious office address for your business when you work remotely or from home. We’ll receive your envelope mail and forward it to you weekly. If you choose, we’ll provide you with a business phone number with call forwarding or reception services. We also offer options that include a monthly allotment of day office or meeting room use.

A member’s allotment of day office or meeting room time must be used each month. Unused time does not roll into the next month.

Our private office members have 24/7 access and are issued an ID / Access Card to the building. Virtual office members can have access to their Work Better location during business hours (M-F; 9am-6pm in NYC) and are not issued an ID / Access Card.

Our virtual office packages all include weekly mail forwarding, and we won’t charge you extra for postage. If you choose, you can pick up your mail in person during business hours.

Coworking Office FAQs

Membership includes access to the space, common areas, and regular happy hours, beverages and snacks, unlimited scanning, and most importantly: Wi-Fi.

Dedicated Desk members have access to the space 24/7. All other coworking members have full access to the space during regular business hours: M-F 9am-6pm EST.

Yes. We have a variety of available meeting rooms that can accommodate both small and large meetings. They can be reserved by the hour starting at $75 per hour

Meeting Rooms FAQs

Our large meeting room is equipped with video conferencing and a large flat-screen monitor for presentations. Most of our meeting rooms have fixed or rolling dry-erase boards, and our on-site team can provide markers or flip charts, if needed. Please discuss any specific needs with us when you reserve your meeting room to ensure that they can be accommodated.

Meeting rooms include unlimited coffee, tea, and filtered water from our lounge for you and your guests. We can provide in-room service or a carafe for an additional fee. Please talk to one of our meeting room experts for more details.

We do not offer catering services, but we can provide a list of great local restaurants that will deliver to our locations.
